Good food, had such wonderful stay.
The location was marvellous and lovely, around 10-15 minutes walk from Vinicius de Moraes Square. What's more, it was next to Morro de Sao Paulo as well as a park with beautiful birds and plants, good restaurant and decent breakfast.

Very large breakfast spread (ducks and iguanna's can be seen roaming in the mornings which is fun to watch). Pool was very relaxing and warm. Quiet area. Multiple options for meals if you are planning to stay on-site all day. Beautiful views from the room. On-site travel agent who can help book multiple excursions (don't forget to barter on the price). Also, very close to the airport (10mins).
Beach is about 5 blocks away and rocky. You'll need to take a cab if you want to go to a nicer beach. Hotel is about a block off the main road which makes it unsafe to walk in the evening. Front desk staff seem to be the only members who speak English. Pool could be cleaner. If you are planning to go downtown, expect about 45-60min cab ride (plus cost!).

The atention at the recepcion, internet free, good breakfast, a very good gym.
A better golf course, I never play a hole starting at the middle. But the caddy and the starter where very kind with me.

missingWrote a review on 14 Octhigh prices
Room service prices lean a bit high, and I found charges for items I didn't consume, promptly corrected. The cleanliness could improve, and the restaurant lacks variety between lunch and dinner, limiting choices.
